Honda Vietnam (HVN) in collaboration with the National Traffic Safety Committee organized an Announcement Ceremony for the helmet donation program with 620,000 units to the First & Second graders in the 2022 – 2023 school year in three big cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City & Can Tho.
