Promoting Traffic Safety for an Elementary School and National Pingtung University
Honda Taiwan adopted a child-focused perspective by choosing an elementary school in Pingtung County for the event. The activities were divided into four main sessions: drunk driving simulation, understanding car blind spots, experiencing seatbelt tightening, and learning about motorcycle safety. The aim was to enhance the students’ understanding of traffic safety through these interactive activities.
Honda Taiwan visited National Pingtung University to design a series of practical training courses aimed at enhancing the traffic safety awareness of first-year students. The training included live demonstrations by professional driving safety instructors to showcase incorrect driving behaviors. Through these demonstrations, students were given the opportunity to observe high-risk driving to help them recognize the dangers and correct their own unsafe driving habits. This initiative ensures not only their own safety but also the safety of others on the road.
