Train the Trainer Program

Honda Taiwan Motor Co., Ltd. (HTW) is focusing on expanding safety prediction (KYT) capabilities across Taiwan. This initiative involves increasing the number of instructors from both HTW and its network of 57 dealers throughout the country.

The program follows a cascade model:

​•​HTW trains instructors from its own staff and dealer representatives.

​•​These instructors then return to their respective dealerships and train associates.

​•​Trained dealer associates subsequently share this knowledge with customers, ensuring widespread dissemination of safety information.

This year, HTW conducted 22 safety seminars, successfully improving safety awareness for 440 participants. This comprehensive approach ensures that critical safety prediction skills are effectively distributed from HTW through dealers and ultimately to customers, creating a broader impact on road safety across Taiwan.
