Honda Korea (HKO) has invested in a comprehensive training facility to enhance road safety education. The company has leased a spacious 7,000 m² area designed to accommodate both theoretical and practical training sessions for automobiles and motorcycles.
Adopting the train-the-trainer approach, HKO focuses on equipping dealer personnel with the necessary skills and knowledge. This strategy enables these trained individuals to directly impart safety information to customers, ensuring a wide-reaching impact.
The facility’s capacity is impressive:
•For dealer training sessions, it can accommodate 50 to 100 participants.
•When dealers conduct customer training, the space can host 150 to 300 individuals.
