Third-party evaluation regarding safety

ASEAN NCAP is the New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asia region, an addition to the NCAP program. It is aimed to evaluate vehicle safety standard in order to increase consumer awareness and boost a market for safer vehicles in ASEAN region. Testing and evaluation methods are different for each region. Ratings range from Ratings range from 0 to 5.

  • Variants without VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) and SBR (Seatbelt Reminder) for both front occupants are rated 4-Star for Civic, CR-V, City (2014MY), and Jazz.
  • For HR-V rating, variants without SBR (Seatbelt Reminder) for both front occupants are rated 4-Star.
